Breaking bread in the company of friends and family is a tradition that is central to our Healthy Dining Philosophy at Villa Ventura. Food has always been a powerful social magnet. However, it hasn’t been until recently that research has proven how important it can be to one’s well being.

The first dynamic in our Healthy Dining Philosophy is the food. Our Chef, Brad Donaldson, is committed to providing our residents with delicious, nutritionally balanced meals with a wealth of choices and variety to satisfy everyone. The second dynamic is social interaction. Research indicates that people who are socially active have a lower risk of depression and a higher opinion of their quality of life. We run our dining room like an upscale restaurant ensuring that our residents and guests receive the highest quality service in a relaxing atmosphere which enhances our residents’ well being. Our professional dining staff is in constant contact with our residents and we provide “all day dining” to accommodate a resident should their personal schedule keep them away. It’s all part of our on-going commitment to promote a healthy, balanced lifestyle for our residents and it is something you can come in an experience for yourself.
